By downloading, installing, or using the Realm application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@wowieapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

AI-Generated Content

Content in the App — including news summaries, articles, videos, and chat responses — is generated by artificial intelligence. This content:

  • May contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
  • Is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
  • Does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
  • Should be independently verified before being relied upon.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App or its infrastructure.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm others.
  • Circumvent any authentication or security measures.

User Content

Content you provide — such as your display name, profile photo, and messages — remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and deliver it within the App for the purpose of operating the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and AI-generated content (excluding your personal data) are owned by or licensed to Realm. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realm and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
